Roobix is pleased to announce it has signed a 12-month contract for a Marketing Managed Service across Digital, Communications, Design and Strategy disciplines with the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC).

PCEC approached Roobix in April 2017 to discuss a potential engagement because they required a provider that could offer the full suite of marketing skills to service the varying business units and requirements of their organisation. PCEC was drawn to the unique approach to marketing that Roobix offered which enabled them access to a team of digital, design and strategic specialists for a set monthly fee.

The first step for Roobix was to carry out a Discovery and Validation period in which stakeholders from each PCEC business area were interviewed and required activities were defined. Roobix then identified an overarching strategic marketing plan for PCEC outlining the key activities and audiences for each business unit and a timeframe in which these would be executed.

Nigel Keen – State Manager LSE WA PCEC admitted that while he had initially questioned the discovery phase as being a little unorthodox he was delighted with the results and recommendations and congratulated the team on an outstanding outcome.
