Support Over the Christmas Break
The Roobix office will close Friday 22nd of December 2023 and reopen Tuesday 2nd January 2024. During this time, the support@roobix.com.au mailbox will not be monitored. We will only be able to provide Level 5 or 6 Critical Support over this period. You will be able to call the usual office number and leave a message and a member of staff will get back to you as soon as possible
What is Critical Support?
Level 5 or 6 Critical Support covers the following:
– your website is unavailable/down
– your eCommerce store is unable to process transactions.
For all other support queries you are welcome to email support@roobix.com.au as normal and we will attend to you as soon as the office is open again.Â
