Melissa is passionate about building better outcomes for West Australian businesses. In fact, she’s spent the better part of a decade enabling small, medium and large businesses to capture and explore new markets. She founded Roobix with the belief that it only takes a little guidance, marketing support and a great communication strategy for every business to enjoy increased success.
Prior to arriving in Australia in 2007, Simon had an international career as a CFO working for a variety of multi-national companies. These included PowerGen, De Beers, Seagram and Witness Systems and involved him and his family basing themselves in Dubai, Athens, Hong Kong and Tel Aviv.
In addition to being a very commercially minded CFO, Simon also has strong skills in technology, especially in both software and hardware aspects. Simon’s first entrepreneurial endeavour was to build a data centre South of Perth in 2010, which he eventually sold to Amcom in 2013. Since then, he has either established or become an equity investor in 7 companies, all of which have grown to become profitable ventures.
The theme that has run through each of Simon’s endeavours has been to understand and leverage how technology can play a disruptive role in that particular industry, and in turn how to then build a competitive advantage. Simon and Melissa spearheaded the capital raising and acquisition of the Titan business by Roobix in November 2018. Together, they have successfully integrated both businesses into a single cohesive commercial enterprise, focused on effective marketing solutions, but more specifically, the application of MarTech.
With more than two decades’ consulting with diverse, high calibre companies including Rio Tinto, Vale, RAC, BP, Bluescope, Martin is a recognised industry leader in strategic marketing and branding.
Prior to joining Roobix, Martin spearheaded multiple start-up businesses and owned his own successful marketing agencies, Elixir Marketing Group, and One Brand.
A true strategist, Martin combines his innovative approach and creative flair to engineer powerful brands for a diverse range of companies, including new entities and businesses in transition. He has pioneered unique brand methodologies.
An accomplished presenter and speaker, and a strong believer in the power of collaboration, Martin is a regular presenter of marketing workshops within his industry.
He was Vice-President of the Australian Marketing Institute and served on its council for seven years, and enjoys being a mentor to young progressive marketeers.
Ryan has been developing meticulous, bespoke web applications, mobile applications and implementing integrations between different business systems (accounting, CRM, marketing, websites) for over 12 years. His sharp eye for detail and precision has enabled many businesses to improve processes and workflow through improved business systems. Ryan is also our source of knowledge for cloud-based server management and maintenance.
Emma is a seasoned marketer in delivering B2B and B2C marketing solutions, brand management, communications and shopper marketing. With over 16 years’ experience in the industry working with household brands such as Campbell Arnott’s, Dettol and Nurofen, and organisations such as Optus and Water Corporation, Emma knows how to drive conversion.
Emma is passionate about leading a great team to craft and deliver strategic marketing services tailored to SMEs’ business problems.
Em is a dedicated Manchester City FC supporter with a love for interior design. Pizza and chocolate are two of her weaknesses. In her spare time, you’ll find her deploying her conflict negotiation, mediation and multi-tasking skills with her two year old daughter.

Marcus embodies the attributes of a next-generation marketer, combining exceptional technical knowledge with strong foundations in traditional marketing. As a born problem solver, Marcus thrives on providing outcome-driven solutions for Australian small businesses. Marcus excelled both academically and in leadership roles throughout his formal education, holding the role of President for the Marketing and Management Club of UWA (MARKAM 2016-2017).
Prior to joining Roobix, Marcus founded a digital startup recognising the industry demand for pragmatic solutions providers. Since joining Roobix, Marcus has overseen more than 100 website builds and contributed to more than 40 managed service strategies.
Marcus currently manages Roobix’s Project Services team and is responsible for client satisfaction and delivery outcomes for all fee-for-service engagements.
Yvette has been involved in web production and digital marketing for over 15 years. While running her own digital company, Yvette discovered that her passion lies in learning about and keeping up with all current and future technologies in the global marketing space.
Yvette is fully invested in the psychology of UX and in seeing positive behaviour and results from consumers through the application of Roobix’s MarTech strategies. With the above in mind, Yvette leads a dedicated projects production team to deliver on and exceed client expectations to great success.
