Melissa is passionate about building better outcomes for West Australian businesses. In fact, she’s spent the better part of a decade enabling small, medium and large businesses to capture and explore new markets. She founded Roobix with the belief that it only takes a little guidance, marketing support and a great communication strategy for every business to enjoy increased success.
Prior to arriving in Australia in 2007, Simon had an international career as a CFO working for a variety of multi-national companies. These included PowerGen, De Beers, Seagram and Witness Systems and involved him and his family basing themselves in Dubai, Athens, Hong Kong and Tel Aviv.
In addition to being a very commercially minded CFO, Simon also has strong skills in technology, especially in both software and hardware aspects. Simon’s first entrepreneurial endeavour was to build a data centre South of Perth in 2010, which he eventually sold to Amcom in 2013. Since then, he has either established or become an equity investor in 7 companies, all of which have grown to become profitable ventures.
The theme that has run through each of Simon’s endeavours has been to understand and leverage how technology can play a disruptive role in that particular industry, and in turn how to then build a competitive advantage. Simon and Melissa spearheaded the capital raising and acquisition of the Titan business by Roobix in November 2018. Together, they have successfully integrated both businesses into a single cohesive commercial enterprise, focused on effective marketing solutions, but more specifically, the application of MarTech.
Diana May is a multidisciplinary executive with over 25 years’ experience in operations and finance in the technology sector. Diana’s international career has spanned Europe, the United States, Asia, the Middle East and beyond before her current post as Chief Operating Officer at Roobix. Diana has a passion for developing highly effective teams and applying new technology to drive operational excellence.
Diana is an avid supporter of the Matildas and is waiting in anticipation for the next World Cup.
Responsible for Roobix’s Innovation and Pre-sales functions, Matthew engineers comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to align with our client’s objectives.
With a background in brand development, communications strategy, and creative copywriting, Matthew finds the most appropriate vehicles and designs the best messages to achieve these goals.
Matthew is an avid photographer and Roobix’ resident ice hockey supporter, and can often be found supporting Perth’s growing roller hockey club on the weekends.
Emma is a seasoned marketer in delivering B2B and B2C marketing solutions, brand management, communications and shopper marketing. With over 16 years’ experience in the industry working with household brands such as Campbell Arnott’s, Dettol and Nurofen, and organisations such as Optus and Water Corporation, Emma knows how to drive conversion.
Emma is passionate about leading a great team to craft and deliver strategic marketing services tailored to SMEs’ business problems.
Em is a dedicated Manchester City FC supporter with a love for interior design. Pizza and chocolate are two of her weaknesses. In her spare time, you’ll find her deploying her conflict negotiation, mediation and multi-tasking skills with her two year old daughter.
With a passion for integrated marketing strategy and data-driven methodology, Melissa has a profound understanding of business solutions. Melissa is committed to ensuring that a customer first mentality is fostered at Roobix with a focus on quality delivery and return on investment.
Yvette has been involved in web production and digital marketing for over 15 years. While running her own digital company, Yvette discovered that her passion lies in learning about and keeping up with all current and future technologies in the global marketing space.
Yvette is fully invested in the psychology of UX and in seeing positive behaviour and results from consumers through the application of Roobix’s MarTech strategies. With the above in mind, Yvette leads a dedicated projects production team to deliver on and exceed client expectations to great success.
With eight years’ experience in the worlds of digital marketing and advertising, Robynn has a broad understanding and appreciation of the digital era.
Robynn has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Gordon’s and Amarula. With an Honours in Brand Strategy, Robynn has completed more than five years of study across various digital disciplines. She thrives at the forefront of marketing innovation, and is passionate about sharing this knowledge with her clients.
