Marketing Solutions Manager

This Management role reports to directly to the CEO and is responsible for defining the marketing solutions for Roobix clients and then management of the Delivery Team to ensure the solutions are delivered effectively. Working collaboratively with the technical and creative teams, this role will provide strategic direction and direct management to the Marketing Delivery Officers to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded. The Marketing Solutions Manager will also play a critical role in developing and enhancing Roobix service offerings.
  • Management of Delivery of Roobix Marketing Solutions
  • Defines the Marketing Strategy with the client
  • Developing content strategies for both clients and Roobix
  • Developing digital strategies for both clients and Roobix
  • Developing campaign strategies for both clients and Roobix
  • Works with the Marketing Delivery Officer to define the deliverables for the contract and create marketing plans and calendars
  • Provides creative solutions to changes to marketing scope
  • Assisting the delivery and specialist team in having strategic conversations with decision makers and executing campaigns and task.
  • Advise and contribute to Roobix ongoing strategic objectives and goals.
  • Develop new programs, processes and concepts that contribute to the continuous improvement of Roobix service offering.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance Roobix’s position as a preferred marketing supplier.
  • Ensure the highest standards of professional behaviour by consistent and determined application of Roobix values in all internal and external activities.
  • Ensure the Delivery Team meet billable targets and retention rates for Managed Service Clients
  • Writing of proposals to deliver Roobix Managed Marketing Services and Project Services.
  • Exploring and continued learning of new products and services Roobix can offer our clients such automated email marketing, new social media techniques etc.
  • Disrupt customers and colleagues with new thinking, find new technologies and opportunities to help Roobix continue to grow
  • Management Experience of Operations/Delivery Teams
  • 5+ years experience overseeing and planning the strategic direction of client accounts
  • Proven history of B2B marketing helping to drive revenue in organisations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven competency in building relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders at an executive level
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with ability to problem solve
  • Experience in facilitating strategic workshops at an executive level
  • Background/experience in Digital Marketing highly desirable

Marketing Delivery Officer / Project Manager

The Marketing Delivery Officer/Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of Roobix products and services to Clients in an effective, efficient and manner. This includes assisting with design and strategy development for Roobix Clients and identifying opportunities for improvement across the business.

This role reports to the Marketing Delivery Manager (MDM). You will work with a portfolio of clients, where you will be responsible for working collaboratively with the delivery and creative teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and projects. This role will involve a wide variety of marketing activity including strategy, brand, digital (including websites and mobile apps), communications and sales.

We are looking for someone with excellent planning skills who has experience working within a fast-paced team environment, shows initiative and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded.

  • Ability to organise, manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to effectively plan and schedule work
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to take ownership of role and work without close supervision
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Skills in social media marketing for application in B2B marketing activities
  • Ability to take initiative to learn new skills and ask questions in order to achieve Roobix and Client objectives.
  • 3+ years working in marketing or related field
  • Broad experience across a range of marketing and communications activity including brand, events, creative writing, and stakeholder management.
  • Desirable: Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML design suites
  • Desirable: Skills in Search Engine Optimisation, AdWords and other Google products as required
  • Desirable: Degree in Marketing or Communications or similar
