Ryan has been developing meticulous, bespoke web applications, mobile applications and implementing integrations between different business systems (accounting, CRM, marketing, websites) for over 12 years. His sharp eye for detail and precision has enabled many businesses to improve processes and workflow through improved business systems. Ryan is also our source of knowledge for cloud-based server management and maintenance.

An experienced strategic marketing professional, Michael has guided marketing for small businesses through to large corporates, in both B2B and B2C environments. Having also worked in sales and business development for a number of years Michael is able to apply a well-rounded perspective to business needs and is well known for coming up with unique solutions.
Darren has in excess of 15 years experience in the world of design, having managed his own company and worked for some of the biggest national companies.
Darren can regularly be spotted in his lycra after cycling to work in the morning, before giving the rest of the Roobix team a creative boost and reminding us to maintain a stable intake of caffeine.
Having graduated from The University of Western Australia in 2014, Cindy brings a fresh, energetic, marketing perspective to Roobix. Cindy is quite adept at solving complex problems our clients face and has been able to provide a range of solutions (including Google services) for a number of diverse and competitive West Australian markets. Her positive and analytical approach to problem-solving has enabled clients to reach new audiences and expand into territories previously untapped.
With experience managing people, problem solving, developing strategy and leading projects, Marcus brings a fresh set of eyes and new perspective to the Roobix team. Marcus started his own company during study at the University of Western Australia to put theory into practice and began working with SME’s to deliver positive outcomes. Marcus is passionate about using his marketing and digital know-how as tools to drive measurable business success.
Claire graduated from Curtin University with degrees in Advertising & Graphic Design and Event Management. Along with industry experience, her attention to detail, problem-solving flair, and people skills allow her to adeptly manage Evnto as well as other aspects of marketing. Claire also sits on the Curtin Young Alumni Advisory Board in the Executive Events Coordinator role and enjoys a good glass (or two) of Margaret River wine in her spare time.

Melissa has spent more than a decade building brand awareness and driving business growth for both corporate and not-for-profit organisations. As the Marketing Manager of Perth Information Technology provider L7 Solutions, Melissa developed and implemented the organisation’s brand, online and communication strategies.
In 2010, Melissa was appointed General Manager of L7 Training, a newly acquired division of L7 Solutions. She was responsible for developing and driving the division’s business development and operational strategy and implemented the digital and sales strategies that enabled the division to acquire over 35% of market share in just 18 months.
Melissa recognises the importance of cohesive sales and marketing functions, combined with process driven operations to achieve business success.
Matt has held various executive roles within strong performing organisations in Australia and was founding CEO of L7 Group in 2003, subsequently L7 Solutions in 2004 (until acquired in 2011) and most recently Chief Solutions Officer of Amcom.
Whilst CEO at L7, the company was awarded numerous industry awards: including the 5th fastest growing WA company in 2007 (WA Business News), 18th fastest growing Australian company in 2008 (BRW Fast 100), 2005 Cisco A/NZ Partner of the Year and 2010 EMC WA partner of the Year. Matt was a 2005 and 2008 winner of the WA Business News “40 under 40″, Western Region finalist in the 2010 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and is a current active member of the WA chapter of YPO.
Andrew is a 25 year veteran of the Australian ICT industry. After founding one of Australia’s first commercial ISPs in 1995 and subsequently vending that business into the iiNet Ltd IPO in 1999, he was appointed to the iiNet board and spent 9 years with the company in a variety of executive and non-executive Director roles.
From 2004 Andrew was co-founder and non-executive Chairman of L7 Solutions, one of WA’s fastest growing systems integrators, with a turnover of $55m at the time of its acquisition by Amcom Telecommunications in 2011.
